How it works

From nothing to taking orders

There is no theme to buy, no plugins to reconcile and no server to run. You create the store, add what you sell, and point your domain at it.
1

Create your store

Pick a plan and tell Trivo what kind of business you run. The store type decides which tools appear, so a takeaway is not asked about shipping zones and a retailer is not asked about prep times.
2

Add what you sell

Build the catalogue by hand, or import products, customers and reviews from an existing WooCommerce store. Variants, options and stock come across with them.
3

Design the storefront

Lay out your pages in the builder and build your own header and footer. The design kit keeps colour, type and spacing consistent as you go.
4

Switch on payments

Connect your payment account so checkout can take cards, and set the delivery or collection options you actually offer.
5

Point your domain at it

Add a domain you already own. Trivo verifies it and issues the SSL certificate automatically — no certificate files to manage.
6

Run the business

Orders, stock, customers, campaigns and reports are in one dashboard from the first sale onwards.

What you never have to do

No servers to run

Hosting, TLS certificates, backups and updates are ours. There is nothing for you to patch.

No plugin roulette

Loyalty, reviews, email, SEO and shipping are part of the product, so they cannot conflict with each other or fall out of support.

No data trapped elsewhere

Your catalogue, customers and orders live in one place and can be exported over the API.

Start with the free plan

Set a store up, see how far you get, and only pay when it earns.
